I am thinking about selling a piece of property that adjoins my residence on the Little Salmon River. The property is unique in that it adjoins State Land, which adjoins BLM and National Forest, and provides total unrestricted access for hunting in Unit 23, which has very limited access. The property sits on about 2 1/2 acres on Hwy 95, and includes a State lease for 1 adjacent acre. This would be an ideal property for an individual or 2-3 friends which provides direct access for quality elk, white tail, mule deer, black bear etc hunting. Includes a 3 bdrm 2 bath house. I'm trying to find out if there is any interest out there before I list it.
