Elk Question about License

Non-residents - if we buy a hunting license and don't get drawn for an elk tag, is the license refunded? I usually hunt New Mexico but was wondering about the process in KY. Thanks guys!

Bob, Unless something changed this year(2017), you don't have to buy a license to apply. That is one reason why so many apply and the chances are so abysmal. Hope that helps you. Good luck!
