nongame species trans pecos

Does anyone have any info on predator hunting or "nongame" species hunting on public land in the trans pecos region. Cant seem to find any info on otc public land hunting opportunities in extreme sw texas.

About the only public land I know of in that area is Amistad reservoir. Bowhunting only and you can hunt mouflon, aoudad, javelina and some small game. Plus whitetail and turkey. It tough hunting and lots of people at times.
