Sitting at three points now in MN. Maybe next year. I'll draw Wisconsin next year as I have 7 points there. I'll have to spread them out a bit.

Have you tried non-quota area???
I haven't bear hunted that much but always saw bears when I did it in the non-Quota area

I know there's bears, but the no quota is a waste of time if you hunt public, imho. Was good in the 80's but once bear hunting got popular so did the pubic land. Nothing worse than driving around with a truck load of rotting bait trying to find some place nobody else has found to set a bait. I hate the drive way up north but at least I can find undisturbed ground to hunt.

Get otta da the truck into a canoe, boat for DIY Non-quota on public land. Also don't forget those little 20-40 acre gems scattered all over the place.
