I was going to put mine out when it was cool last week but never go around to it. Now it's going to turn hot and the doggone deerflies are out in force. Might have to brave the elements this weekend and go do it.

Mine are up north. Last June, I checked the cameras and was almost beheaded by a pair of Northern Goshawks. I haven't had to hit the deck that quickly in a long while.
Not to admit that I am a coward but ... I haven't checked the cameras yet in 2017.

Checked one of my cameras after 3 months and saw I had 5,400+ pics, and filled up the 8 MB card. Got a few interesting ones. This one is a buck chasing a coyote.

Put mine out last week. My Browning camera's display wasn't working so I don't know if the cam is taking pics or not. Bummer. But the landowner did some logging on the property so curious what might be out there with the changes.

I leave mine out over winter but both had troubles with -40F temps. I ended up with ~5000 pictures of snow over 2-3 days and then the batteries would run out or the card filled up. I pulled the cameras thinking that I would head up and start them this spring - never made it. Oh well.
