Area 23 antelope???

I have usually picked up extra private land tags in 23 for rifle...my normal landowner....has been impossible to get a ahold of...not sure what is going on. So might be looking for new access...I am will to pay a reasonable trespass fee.... or not....just looking for a fun DIY hunt.... I understand there is a WIHA section in the unit of 5100 acres...that would be considered private land.... from what I understand.... I know some Chambers of Commerce of local towns...of the Game Wardens sometime have lists of people to encourage hunting participation. Any thought are appreciated....
