Meat processor in Salmon Or Idaho Falls

In case I get lucky, need a processor who will cut completely deboned meat, freeze it and ready for dry ice home. My hunt ends Sep 11 and I will be visiting Yellowstone a few days with my wife so either location would work for me. Thanks, Jim
