Looks like that guy road killed that critter with an old rusted out Dodge Omni and the only piece left to recover was that sway bar he's got in his hand. He's lucky he wasn't killed.

Legend has it that during the night, Paintertown Phil goes out and retrieves all the lost arrows not found by the legions of Pennsylvania Bowhunters. He stores them in various trees, and a certain church, and heaves them back at unsuspecting hunters, as a reminder to who exactly runs the forests and SGLs. Beware, fellow Archers, beware.
