New Hunting/Scouting App

I am in process of developing a hunting/scouting app for Android/iOS devices. What are key features that you would target to include?

Some good hillshade LIDAR data would be excellent (like the attached image). It is alot easier to get a quick visual with it, rather than having to study topo lines currently there isn't a hunting app that has this info. Also state public hunting land boundaries, and private landowner boundaries would be great.
