I have a ? It's gun season can you bring a gun and bow at the same time not. Pistol but say you shot a buck with your gun and have a doe tag and you still have a bow buck tag that way if a buck come close you can use your bow and if you want a doe you can use the gun far I checked the book and it only says pistol some one asked me and I want sure . Thanks for the help Steve

If it’s not in the regs it’s not a law. I know you cannot take a pistol but cannot find anywhere in the regs after 1/2 hr of searching that says no. If someone finds it please post.

yes but it’s gun season. November 15- dec 31. Don’t see where it says can’t have bow while firearms hunting.

Tell them you have a bow while firearm hunting not a firearm while bow hunting lol. Follow the rules better safe than sorry

Nick, that would probably hold up in court. Wardens would probably not like it. How about a bow and muzzleloader? The last I knew a muzzleloader was not considered a firearm
