Thermal scope or monocular

I am in the need or want of a thermal imaging scope or handheld, was wondering if anyone here might have one and could give me a little insight as to what you like or dislike about it, would like to keep the price under 1000, I plan to use it for coyote hunting, game recovery, and home protection, any input would be great Thanks, Carl

Sure hope someone responds to this thread - I am very interested in this also.

I have done some research on them and right know I am leading towards the Seek thermal reveal pro, because unlike the FLIR I can change the batteries myself, up to 300 yards of heat detection, 9 different color options, real time, and 240 to 320 res. but before I drop 700 bucks it would be nice to hear from someone who has one.
