Lovewell State Park?

My Dad and I are headed out this week to try our luck around Lovewell and some WIHA. Anybody have any recent or past experience on Lovewell? Thanks for any info!

Deer herd has been pushed really hard and thin do to the ammount of bow and gun hunters this year. Most deer are now refugees on the private lands that surround the state property. Been a lot of hunters eating tag soup saying they havent seen the deer as they have in years past. I know its not what you want to hear. Wish i could give you better information but you never know, things might calm back down since gun season closed.

There are plenty of deer. Figure out what they are eating and you'll kill one.

Gonna give it a few days this weekend. The moon is good. Nothing I like better than sitting a blind. Beats the heck out of cellphones and computers.
