Yes. Largest SF in the state at ~ 26,000 acres. I'm sure you could find a deer or two.

Bunch of guys from out of state hunt the early September season.

Plenty of good woods there... I'm one of the out of state guys Nehunter noted :).
I'm partial to Nipmuc - big, not as many deer - but not as many humans either...
