I'm putting a set of southwest archery 40# ,64" limbs on a cartel metal riser.the bow measures at 68" nock to nock.I'm pulling 31". I don't have a scale, but wonder what the pulling weight will be.I got a set of easton bloodsport 400 carbons I'm feather fletching for it.the carbons are 31".

Boxcall,
As I recall for every inch you pull beyond The AMO of 28" you can add roughly 3 lbs per added inch of draw.
You may be best served (no Pun) by going to the Leatherwall Forum for expert advise since mine is from recall.

Buc is right. 3lbs per inch. Check your limbs. If it's 40lbs @ 28" You should be pulling 49lbs if the arrows are cut to 31" then you are probably not drawing 31" unless you are drawing them onto the shelf.
