SB 594 which was introduced last week may be on the Natural Resources Committee agenda as early as this Friday. The members on this committee need to hear from sportsmen on this issue. From what I have read on social media sportsmen are overwhelmingly against this idea. If passed this would be state-wide and would ruin public hunting areas. It also wouldn't be limited to hunters but you could have to endure recreational riders just zooming past your treestands. How would that ruin your hunt? Please call all the members on this committee so they hear your opinions. Senate Natural Resources Committee Members

Please make calls on Thursday and early Friday before the Committee meets.

I believe several calls were made today but more are needed before 10:00AM tomorrow. Go ahead and call tonight and leave messages if you can't call before 10AM tomorrow. This bill is on the agenda in Natural Resources room 208W. If anyone wants to be there in opposition you should arrive early since there will be a lot of teachers there as well.

Might not be a bad idea to go ahead and call to drive the point home that atvs and UTVs DO NOT belong on WMAs

Thank you to those who called. The bill was pulled from the agenda. You never know why for sure but hopefully several members on the Committee received lots of calls from upset sportsmen. Now we need even more calls directed to the Speaker of the House Tim Armstead and encourage him to let a clean Sunday hunting bill for public land pass the House. The number for Armstead is listed above.

Calls to your representatives are the most important right now. Get the caucus on board.
