Does Ohio allow tracking dogs for “retrieval” of wounded or dead deer?

Yep, just have to be leashed

Great...thank you. I made my buddy (from Mass) that hunts Ohio aware just in case he ever has a need for a tracking dog. Appears that there are atleast 2 trackers within 45min-1hr from where he hunts.
