Bought 7 trad bows & about 50 arrows from a guy . There were other bows in the show but too hi $$ .
The annual gun report . Handguns ; very strong . Colts continue to sell for crazy money .
Small bore rifles : Strong for both shooters & collectibles.
Deer rifles, just too many choices . A little soft . Good time to buy .
Shotguns; continue to slide . Duck , Grouse , & Pheasant hunters just keep going down . They are too busy sitting in trees with bows or Crossguns .
AR 15 Types . Prices up about $200 per gun from 3 months ago . No big rush at this point . GREAT CROWDS .

Ruger I need 1916's xx75 aluminum arrows, do you have any to sell?

I go thru them Tuesday & let yea know .
Live , Trad bows are stikl bringing good bucks . Sold a Staghorn for 180 . A Bear Super Kodiak for 135 .
Dumped 3 old compounds for 20 bucks each . Tough to sell them .

Somethings happening with the trad bows. I went over to the Footed Shaft a couple weeks ago. A week prior to that, he had 3 or more pages of bows. The night before I went over there he only had a page in a half. The owner said he's been selling a ton of bows.

I spoke to a bowyer this weekend at Ojibwa, he told me, he builds bows, no ads, just word of mouth, has stopped taking orders,,,,, he is not full time, and he is a year behind,,,,,

Non bowhunters & non trad people buy them to dress up their dens . I have sold several to a guy in town that has a wall of 27 trad bows with arrows & quivers . It looks great .
OH , he never bowhunted.

GH , went thru the arrows . Have a pile of 2216's x 29 inches . No 1916's .
