Walk in hunt areas

Looking to do my first archery hunt in south dakota and starting look at a lot of maps and deciding where to go. I know that you can not drive on the walk in areas, but can you still drive on the roads that go through those areas? Or is there no driving what so ever in those areas?

Public traveled roads yes,private no.
