So now we have NEW pink envelopes! When I picked it up to fill it out I thought somebody at Walmart had ripped off all the side tabs. Then I realized it was a completely new design with self adhesive strips you just rip the paper off of. Well, at least we don't have to lick the darn things anymore. I guess this is the PGC's idea of "progress"............................... ;-)

Yeah, maybe by 2030 the PGC will be where West Virginia was in 2002. Buying and printing my licenses on-line. Done in 10 minutes.

Sent mine in yesterday. Since I hunt Letterkenny Army Depot I rarely use it unless I shoot a doe in Zone 2 or on my property.

The USPS is not crying. At $0.49 per stamp with 2 stamps and the number of applications, that's a pretty good haul for them every year. Say maybe $700K-$800K alone depending on how many individual and group applications there are.
