We took out over 100 at the camp in 2 days. They got a pass until they got into the New garage

Well done. Little buggers are hard to get rid of. Must have have a heart / then relocated about 50 last year and you would never know there are still so many!

Set up a 5 gallon drown bucket. Only way to control them vermin.

Will, you fill a 5 gallon bucket about half full of water and put a piece of wood as a ramp up to the top. Dump a bunch of sunflower seeds in the water (they mostly float) and the chipmunks will walk the plank so to speak to get the seeds. They drop into the bucket and then tread water, until they don't anymore... For chipmunks the bucket is pretty much a weapon of mass destruction.

Wilbur X3! 5 gal bucket fill half or so with water add sunflower seed on top. Set near a stone wall or simply take a 2x6 or whatever and make a ramp. This is a no heart trap. But works well.
