Found these today with Cougar,.. and ID'd them as Chicken of the Woods,..

Nice find! If they are too old to just saute and eat, try grinding them and adding to soups and sauces. They'll add a nice depth of flavor without having to eat straight up shrooms that aren't all that delicious.

I read up on it and HunterMa gave some tips on how to preserve the excess. He also suggested HFC’s blender ideal after they are dehydrated. Ps they taste awesome they suggest only eating a little at first as a few folks have bad reaction of bad squirts to em. So far so good.
