I'm in same boat as Glunt! And I need to get two of the same tags! So I'll try to get my wife one first and me second, it's my goal to get her, her first elk. Which is ok , because I get buck fever worse when an animal is coming in her direction than my own!

I already had my elk and deer tag from the draw and was going for a bear tag with 40 available. Good thing too. I'm glad I started at 9:00 just so I could get a feel for what the system was doing. Too many steps to purchase, with a lot of spinning wheels in between. Got the tag, but CPW is gonna have to do a lot better, even though we know they won't. Maybe instead of changing something every year they should attempt to perfect their method of delivery. Good luck all you guys, and I hope you got your tags!

Got my deer tag (that takes 5 years to draw) with only 1 available on the Leftover List. :) Took 27 minutes of spinning wheels but it worked.

Totally avoidable. Its expensive to design a system around a giant one day demand all at the same time. Just spread it out by releasing species one at a time a few days apart.
They managed to tick off customers again with a totally predictable problem that had several simple paths available that could have avoided it.
