I was thinking about going out to No Limits and ask them to help me tune my broadheads. If I tune the broadheads will it be fine if I take them off and then practice with the field tips or is it when I put them on and tune them then they should not come off?

i would say you generally should have enough arrows that you can have your quiver of broadhead tipped and plenty of field tipped arrows at same time. Buy/build more arrows if having to wonder about yanking BH’s to practice.

answering your actual question, IMO it depends. Some BH’s I have no issues removing and replacing knowing they will be tumed....others are more temperamental. If lack experience suggest leaving them alone till after hunting seasson. Make it easy on yourself.

Yes you can take them on and off. You’re tuning your bow, not the heads. That being said, it’s a good idea to find the best 5 arrows and put heads on them and leave them for hunting. Use your other arrows to pound paper.
