Hey all, Thanks for all dropping your harvests off last season. I am officially working back in CT this year and will be relatively local which means drop offs will be a lot easier along with turn arounds. Keep me in mind for your 2018 harvest and good luck! Hope to see some more trophy bucks this year.

Hey all, thanks for the interest. Right here in good ole Stratford CT. Price will continue to be the same. 90 skinned cut ground, yes cubed steaks and for a little bit more, if your interested, Lollipop rib chops. They seem to have been an interest over the past few years so brace yourself for this little culinary specialty cut. You must take back the waste. I do place it in a heavy duty bag for your disposal. Everything is placed in freezer butcher paper and identified. Normal turn around is a few hours. I have added a freezer and refer to my collection for convivence. I work local so just call I will IM you my number if you are interested. I also offer butchering classes at your location for a nominal fee. Highlighting cuts, processing and cooking techniques.

I too have used stockers and meat locker. No complaints on either one. 24 hour drop off is huge especially in the early season.
My husband just opened New England Wild game in Beacon Falls. He has been hunting and processing deer for over 20 years but we are now officially a processing center. I will continue to update our Facebook page. Please take a look.
