Just moved last fall to north Idaho, up by priest lake. I love hardcore backcountry hunts. I was in the Marine Corps for 7 years and hunt with some buddies that are still in. It’s hard to find people in a new area that are willing to go the distance. I’m getting readyto hunt Unit 10 for elk with two buddies next month. Both are on tight schedules and out of state. Anyway, just trying to network. If interested hit me up on this post and we can dialogue.

I'm new to north Idaho as well. I live in Sagle. Archery and rifle hunt Elk and deer. Know nothing about this part of the state. I'm going to be hunting here for a long time so it's time to figure it out. How was unit 10?
