Eureka donated 75,000.00 thru QDMA to WV DNR for habitat work on Lewis Wetzel WMA. A big thanks to Camron Stover for working to get the funding for DNR, and a big thank you to Eureka and to QDMA for helping to improve game habitat on a public DNR WMA for hunters. As most should know habitat improvements are one of the 4 cornerstones of QDMA and 75,000 will go a long way to rehabilitate the habitat. The banquet went extremely well and is growing significantly each year. Paul Johansen , DNR Wildlife Chief , was in attendance to help relieve the check. Eureka is a pipeline company that does a lot of work in the region including Wetzel county.

Does anyone not have anything positive to say about the deal Eureka Midstream and QDMA was able to put together to donate 75G in order to perform invasive plant removal and other habitat improvements on DNR’s Lewis Wetzel WMA which will dramatically improve game habitat and lead to better hunting?
