So BB's mouth wash, slash toothpaste, slash chemical suit thread has me thinking of stuff I've gotten into this past year. I recently ordered the line of products by carbon synergy after hearing about it on the big buck hunter podcast, and I'm curious if any of you guys have experience with carbon? The short of it is you can dip your clothes in the carbon treated water, essentially creating a carbon suit. You can also use the powder on your boots and clothes before you walk in , or on stand if you like. This is yet another in a long line of products that I figure cant hurt to try. While better men than I have said things like you cant beat a deers knows, and play the wind, I'm lucky if I can figure out what direction the deer are coming from! Lol

That's interesting Eastie. I bought the carbon camo stuff ( for the last time ) but haven't heard of this stuff b4. Investigate the actual science behind it and I'll bet we can make our own.

Is it 1 and done? Ie, re-dip every use?

Its supposed to last for several hunts, I think 2 or 3 times a season would be plenty. The powder is pretty reasonably priced at 10 bucks. Pi I was thinking the same thing, but to buy carbon powder isn't much cheaper, and I thought maybe he sprinkles I little magic whitetail dust in there! :-) The benefit over your traditional carbon clothing is the ability to retreat as often as you like. I definitely prefer this over buying new hunting gear, plus I really like my under armour camo, it's that grayish pattern that I feel like works great in New England, especially when your hunting the majority of the time in oaks. Yeah Will, I've been working a ton and haven't had a bunch of time to post, but I'm always reading and learning buddy! Thanks for the great topics lately guys, good stuff!
