I was just wondering what type of cell coverage either talk or text for 16C?I have a young newlywed whose Wife is wondering when and if she is going to here from him

My experience in 16C was no cell coverage.

Poor to no cell phone coverage out there.

I couldnt get service (AT&T) until the hill between Winston and TorC. There's a chance verizon users get a bar on the porch of the Winston store, but I wouldn't rely on that.
Plan on an hour+ drive from mid-unit to get cell service. I've been in your situation before and the cost of a SatPhone rental is usually worth it in terms of maintaining domestic tranquility for the affected party.
