I drove by a 160 acre piece of property that is in the process of building a high fence on the perimeter. In Oklahoma is it allowed to enclose that property with native deer present? I always heard that natives had to be removed before enclosing. Monitored by wildlife department. I guess in Texas anything goes regarding high fence but I thought Oklahoma was different.

Once the fence is up you have to set up a drive to push them out the best you can, anything left over stays inside.

It also depends on the game warden that inspects your property. If he does not feel he saw enough game leave the property he say say you have to do it over, so you are somewhat at his mercy. This is after you have spent all the money and had the fence put up.
