What every one useing theses days ? Looking to go away from rage expanding.
Looking into the drone from wasp any one shooting the drone heads
I just switched to the Drone. They're flying great out of my Hoyt. Can't wait to see what they do on a deer.
Slick trick viper. Or NAP 3 blade blood runner.
Slick Trick's - All steel. Aluminum is for Beer Cans.
Exodus and Slick Trick Mag.
I picked up the slick trick mags 100 grain looks like they will be great But on the other question I have now I hear a lot of people going to the 125 gr vs the 100 like I have been shooting for ever ?
I was the lucky winner for the August Iron Will drawing. It came in today and I’m very impressed. I thought Slick Tricks were sharp until I felt this. They are also almost twice as thick as Slick Tricks. Expensive but you get what you pay for.
Also bought some Exodus, Tooth of the Arrow, and new Thorn broadheads. Here is the pic of the Thorns which are neat they have fully contained blades and can be shot for practice with zero damage.
Congrats on the head bud.it .looks deadly
Wasp boss- very nice broadhead, made in Connecticut- work great, fly straight
Zwicky Eskimo(4 heads), Magnus Classic(2 heads) and one Zwicky No Mercy.
Resharpened for this season with a different procedure. One side of the edge is finished with a medium diamond stone in a Lansky Sharpener and the other side of the edge is done with an extra coarse diamond stone. The sharpening stroke with the medium stone is perpendicular to the edge, and the stroke with the extra coarse is from point to base. Each side of the broadhead has one each of both grinds. The angle of grind is 20degrees, except the No Mercy, which is 25degrees. This creates an edge with micro serrations that grab and snips flesh as it passes through. Almost forgot, I have one Wensel Woodsman 3-blade, 9" of cutting edge. The WW is sharpened by drawing across the extra coarse stone, from base to point, thereby aligning the grind marks with the axis of the shaft. That too is a somewhat serrated edge that bites as it penetrates.
