I've always thought your 3/12 year old does and older get in season a couple of weeks before the younger does. Around the 1st of November your 11/2 and 2 1/2 year olds come in. I always see fawns in early April so those does are getting bred in mid October.

We had a blast at our annual 2 d trad bow hunt. Everybody saw deer but no arrows were loosed. Great food and fun. Balls made us a great breakfast again this morning. Looking forward to the next 5 weeks.

Put the stand up yesterday afternoon, wasn’t gonna hunt today because of the heat wave, didn’t get in the stand till 5:30. Last minute decision payed off.
