Is there a minimum age a kid has to be to hunt in West Virginia? I know they have to be 8 to hunt during youth season. But it doesn’t say anything about during the regular seasons.

I'm thinking you "must" be 8 before you can hunt and if from 8 to 14 you are not required to have a license, but you have to be with a licensed adult.

No, they have to be at least 8 for youth hunts but there is no minimum age for regular seasons

Thanks I just got a message from DNRP and they said the same thing as gobbler. Thanks my granddaughters are fired up.
