Is there any way to figure out if regular archery season 2019 will open on Sept 28 or Oct 5?

Count the weeks back from Thanksgiving to the end of archery then minus 6 weeks gives you the start date.

I think it's always the Saturday closest to October 1st.

Oct 5 - Nov 17. It is the latest the seasons can be after this year is the earliest.
