Are you now allowed to hunt the Sunday before a new season? Example can I bowhunt Sunday Nov 18 with rifle season coming in on the 19th? I think I remember reading that it's legal now but I can't find a rule confirming or denying it. Thanks!

So it added an extra day to the rifle season then.

No

Nor muzzleloader. Those season dates end on a Saturday and are not prohibited by Sunday hunting. However, they need to add a day to each season

So can I hunt on the Sunday of the first week of gun season or not?

Rifle season is Nov 19 - Dec 1 , which includes 1 Sunday Nov 25, 2018 this year.

You can bowhunt the 18th without any legal deer hunters with guns.

So if we can hunt the 25th that does mean that we have one more day of gun season as opposed to the past. I don't think we could hunt on the Sunday of the first week last year.

Depending on what county you hunted in last year, we get at least 14 extra days this year. I think there were 4 days you couldn't hunt before because of big game openers on monday. There is 1 extra day of rifle season for counties that didn't allow Sunday hunting.
