First Bow hunt to Hawaii

After a trip to the Big Island I am planning another trip back to bow hunt. My legs are pretty beat up but would like to hunt goats,sheep,hogs and maybe Axis deer so I am interested in Kauai,Maui, and the Big Island. Any help would be greatly appreciated and a guided hunt may be possible. Thanks for the help
