December OTC deer Northern AZ

Anybody having any luck yet at the beginning of the OTC December deer season? I went out to unit 8 this morning near Garland Prarie was just a tip I saw online. I didn’t see a whole lot of sign of any deer or much of anything else. Anyone having any luck?

Went out day 2 and saw a doe with 3 different sized fawns, figured the big one was a buck, the smaller one a doe, and then out of the brush walks pee wee. Half the size of the other two, and still with a reddish coat and spots. Coat was like a winter coat, all fluffed up.
Have seen one 3x3, hanging with 11 does that I frequently see from the kitchen windows. Per the wife, they are in a no shoot zone.

Nice what zone? I saw a lot of does earlier in the year in 6A hoping there might be some bucks there when it opens up next month. So for now I’m hunting 8.
