I have a 5C doe tag burning a hole in my pocket and I plan to use it during flintlock season.

I am not familiar with that unit. Can anyone recommend a game lands that might have a few deer on it?

I have 6 doe tags I will fill second season. Filled three doe tags and my bug tag already. Go knock on doors you will get permission.

Chuck- I sent you info by e-mail. Also sent you a PM. THe SGL across the road from the Kutztown Campground has a healthy population of deer- just never hunted it in the late season.

Nockamixon along route 563 in Bucks Co. Lots of good pockets there, get in off the road & you’ll see them.

5C I heard that area got hammered with the EHD this past year & population is way down? True?

Some areas north of me yes. Our deer sighting are down where I'm at but don't believe it's from EHD.

I think this year many turned nocturnal even the does.

Another place to check out is White Clay State park. Off of Yeatman Station Road and Arc Corner road. Careful back at the Arc Corner Road area. It's quite close to the Delaware state line.
