A question I may get answered when I fill out the application process next month but curious now. Since I plan on doing an archery elk type 9, is the habitat stamp, credit card fee and archery license added on when I pay the $707, or do I have to specifically add it? The habitat stamp is my main concern.

cc fee is added, archery license is not needed for type 9, conservation stamp can be set to "add if drawn" when you apply.

If you apply and draw a type 9 tag you won't need an archery license but you will need a conservation stamp but you can get that later on.
