Can anyone help me out with finding a place to deer hunt on Long Island?

Unless you are a resident, or have a relative in certain towns, Me thinks you are limited to State land and private. Long Island, wether your doing plumbing or hunting is full of different town ships and villages with their own rules, fees, at cetera. That being said, there is a lot of State land to hunt, but you have to check in check out, park only in designated spots, et al. Private land is ideal...if you know someone and get permission.
