Reserved Turkey Hunts

After being stuck in Illinois since 2006 I'm getting close to relocating in Indiana. Negotiating a home purchase in LaPorte now. Fingers crossed. I have been poking around to get some spring turkey info, but having trouble navigating the INDNR website. Does anyone know when the application deadline is for the public land reserved hunts? I pulled up some old articles on Google searches that listed March 15th. We would be closing on this home just prior to that date.
Anyone know how the turkey hunting is currently at Kingsbury WA? The old article I found had some pretty good harvest numbers from a few years ago. I could not find any INDNR published public property harvest stats. Thanks.

Thanks. Somehow missed that application period when I was on that page yesterday. Perhaps they didn't have it posted then.
Anyone know if public property harvest statistics are posted anywhere?
