Where might there be other sites (I looked on here) for outfitter reviews? Does the Fish and game track outfitters for complaints etc? I am having issues finding much on Mike Hitchcock at the Schmitz Ranch? located in Ojito, New Mexico bordering two sides of the Jicarilla Apache Reservation

Mike Hitchcock is not listed on the NM registered outfitter list. He solely guides on private ground, so he doesn't need to be registered.
Why the need for him and Schmitz ranches...?
