Check link. The videos on this guys you tube site are the best examples I've seen showing archers paradox and the impact of spine and bow tune on arrow flight. Most useful for traditional bow tuning but the physics applies to any bow.

Very cool to see strong, weak, and acceptable spine in slow mo. Big time fishtailing on those weak ones. As John Dudley says "Setup your bow, and tune your arrows". Thanks for posting.
