Its about the $$$. Maybe they need to start offering cheap unlimited OTC licenses for nonresidents. Seems to work here.

Its always about the money! These liberals want nothing to do with hunters when it comes to conservation and wildlife management. But when they need to fund those things all of a sudden hunters are the answer

Sounds like the CPW’s methodology is being followed in California now. It will be a veiled blitz on hunters to raise license fees in the name of “sustainability”.

Without hunters there would be no conservation maybe they are starting to realize this with hunter numbers falling hope its not too late I'm being sarcastic but hey can always hope !
