I love fresh heart with garlic, onion, salt and pepper! Question though, I have always eaten the heart within the first day or two as I have been told that it's no good after freezing (same with liver). I am assuming that yours came out of the freezer given we are in mid February. Do you notice any difference in the taste?

Nope tastes the same. I just make sure it's all cleaned out before I freeze it. Yes guys I put water on the meat lol...
