Saddle Get Together Food Plan

Back to doing a bit more planning. Hopefully my link can be opened by everyone. The link is to a spreadsheet assigning people to bring certain things. If you see "Table" in your row, it means I have taken you up on your offer to bring one. Everything was based on the responses I received. Send me a note ([email protected]) if you can't do what I assigned to you. We will have way too much stuff, but I am assuming things will happen and some folks will not make it. If everyone shows, well, we will feed the rest of the club too :)

I have us set up much closer to the club compared to last year, so we should have a grill (I will bring an extra tank), and some picnic tables at our disposal. Pete

HFC, ya I agree. Hopefully it all comes together. We have about 52 people including guests that are coming with those who signed up. It will be interesting to see if everyone shows up. If not then, we will have an overly organized event :)

That's a hell of a shindig you guys got going on up there. Sounds like a hoot!!!. To bad you're so far away, 15'+ up in a saddle sounds interesting
