Yes we went Ron and had a great time as usual. Wayne , Dave and Matt were sure fun to hunt with. We had great weather and killed 7 hogs. It was a little hot but bearable.

A wonderful time was had by all. Dave’s “fatty” sow weighed 190.

It was pretty tough hunting this time--hardest I have ever had in all my trips to Hoppy's (about 15). Acorn crop had been abundant and the pigs weren't coming to the feeders. In 5 sits on stand not one pig came in--not one. I saw a total of 7 pigs in a 3 1/2 day hunt. That fat sow I got was thanks to the dogs. She bayed up in the nastiest place in a palmetto thicket.

Hoppy always makes sure EVERYONE gets a pig-one way or the other. :^)

Sounds like you fella's had it even more difficult than we did. Oh well... maybe next year. It's a great time either way.
