A young man came up from Richmond with his Mother, but since she didn't shoot, he needed someone to shoot with.
I got chosen.
What a fine young man Jesse turned out to be. He had been coached by an older brother, and a Member of my club, Manahoac Bowmen, who teaches the JOAD program.
This fine young man has read Howard Hill, Brian Furgeson, and other Archery Books, and is very interested and knowledgeable in all things Archery.
He shoots instinctive with a 30 pound Black Widow Long Bow.
I had such a hoot walking, talking, shooting, and watching him shoot.
What a day afield.
Was I blessed, or what?
