Sunday hunting Bill #147 is moving to the Senate Appropriations Committee and will very soon be presented to the Floor of the Senate for a VOTE. The TIME IS NOW to contact PA Senators. I know many of you already have done this, but it is time to light up their phone lines with hunters asking not only their district Senators but EVERY Senator in PA to vote YES on Senate Bill #147. Call and email as many Senators as you can. Even if you already did do it again. This BILL IS ON THE MOVE and Senators need to hear from you.

Senator Kim Ward (Westmoreland Co.) just sent out an email that has a 2 question survey attached. The second question is in regards to Sunday hunting. If you receive this email, please respond. She is seeking input from her constituents.

The article linked from Reading Eagle has misprint in it. States the Saturday opener will be the Saturday before Thanksgiving, that's not right. Should say "after" Thanksgiving.
