Just start posting unit numbers. And head to the one that gets you the most sh*t from guys and gets the most upset responses.

If I were you I would research elk population estimates for each unit/region, when you find out where the most elk are go hunt there.

Do your research and you'll find the sw part of the state isn't that good of an idea for otc elk. Low elk numbers, high hunting pressure makes for some tough hunting.
