While inspecting my AvainX turkey decoys, I found that the decoy's stake well was missing rendering the decoy useless!
As the deak was 3 years old, I thought I was simply out of luck!! Not so!!
AvainX Customer Service was SUPER! 3 days later I had a brand new decoy on my door step!! They wanted the old decoy and they provided a pre-paid shipping label to send it back!! Pretty cool!!
That's a company that stands behind a product!! Hat's off to AvainX!!

Good to hear. I was actually considering trying their decoys. They seem pretty lifelike. What is your preferred setup? Jake? Feeding hen? Hen laying down? Combo?

I use 2 Look outs and a Feeder topped off with a Strutter.
My one partner, who hunts about the same amount as I, loves the Jake and a Look out and a Feeder set up.
I have the 2 look outs, Feeder and the Jake in the AvaianX

Honestly, a well written email speaking about your loyalty as their customer goes a long way with any reputable company. I have had many successful experiences with many companies. Glad to hear Avian X is yet another.
